Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Yes — every account starts with a 9-day free trial of the complete platform: all 9 ERP modules, all 10 AI tools and all 11 AI agents, with 10,000 AI credits and up to 5 users. No credit card is required to start. After day 9 your workspace becomes read-only and your data is kept for 30 days, so nothing is lost while you decide.
What are AI credits, and what happens if I run out?
AI credits meter the AI work you actually use — generating a BOM from a drawing costs more than answering a chat question, because it consumes more computation. Business includes 150,000 credits a month and Pro includes 300,000, which covers normal daily use for a panel shop. If you run out mid-month you can top up from ₹999 without changing plans, and credits reset each billing cycle.
Do I have to choose which AI agents I get?
No. Every paid plan includes all 11 AI agents — quotation drafting, smart procurement, collections, CRM follow-up, production planning, daily briefing, GST compliance, invoice reading, WhatsApp sales, analytics and the security sentinel. Earlier plans limited you to five; that restriction was removed.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply from your next billing date. There is no lock-in contract on the monthly plans.
Is GST included in the listed price?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout for Indian customers, and you receive a proper GST invoice with your GSTIN for input tax credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, plus UPI, net banking and cards through Razorpay. Annual billing is available on every listed plan and works out roughly two months cheaper than paying monthly. Enterprise customers can be invoiced directly.
Is my data separated from other companies using Zaptiz?
Yes. Zaptiz is multi-tenant with strict per-company data isolation enforced at the query layer, encrypted connections, and role-based access control inside each company. You own your data and can export it at any time.
How long does it take to get started?
Most panel shops are quoting from Zaptiz on day one. A guided onboarding wizard sets up your company, users and first products, and paid plans include assisted onboarding to import your existing product and price-list data.
