Before you book
What happens on the call?
We ask what kind of panels you build and how you quote today, then show the parts of Zaptiz that apply to that. It is a working session, not a slide deck — bring a real drawing or enquiry if you have one.
How long is it?
Thirty minutes is the default and is usually enough. If you need longer, say so in the notes and we will block extra time.
Do I need an account first?
Yes — you sign in to confirm a slot, though anyone can see the calendar. Creating an account is free, takes two minutes and needs no card: it starts your 9-day trial, so you can look around the product before the call and bring real questions to it.
Can I change or cancel the time?
Yes, any time, from the tracking link in your confirmation email — no need to write to anyone. We would much rather you moved a slot than missed it.
